The listed price includes both the shoes and the embroidery design shown. Black and white are the colours most commonly kept in stock, while availability of other colours is updated regularly. Other colours and half sizes, such as 36.5, 37.5 and 39.5, may need to be specially ordered, which can add extra processing time.

Once the shoes are ready, the embroidery itself usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
