Returns Policy
If you need to return an item purchased through our affiliate partners, please refer to their respective returns policies. For items bought directly from our marketplace, please follow the instructions below.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that customized items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Additionally, if you reside outside the Netherlands, please be aware that shipping times may vary. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Certain items, such as custom products or personal care goods, cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
