Wild Deodorant Review: Natural, Vegan and Truly Effective

First Impressions

I was honestly so excited when my Wild package arrived. And not just because I was getting new deodorants, it felt like a little lifestyle upgrade. The case is solid, well-made, and nothing like the flimsy plastic ones I was used to.

The colorful polka dots give it such a fun, vintage touch. It is so pretty that I did not even want to hide it away in a drawer. Since this one is a limited edition, if you are into special packaging like me, it is definitely worth grabbing.

Inside the box, I got the polka dot case made in collaboration with Emma Bridgewater (love her designs!) plus a refill in Summer Breeze. The scent is light, fresh, and dreamy. Think freesia, waterlily, and a soft ocean musk. It feels like clean sheets drying in the sun with a gentle breeze. Totally refreshing and totally me.

Mini Wild Deodorants: Small but Mighty

Alongside the main deodorant, there was also a set of mini Wild deodorants. They are about the size of a lipstick, perfect to slip into a pouch or handbag. Just like the full sized one, they are plastic free and made for on the go use.

Does It Actually Work

I will be honest, I was not sure what to expect. I have heard mixed things about natural deodorants, and some really do not hold up so I tested this on a busy day filled with errands, light exercise, and meetings. By evening, I was still fresh. No stickiness, no strange smells, no white marks. Just clean and dry. I was impressed.

What Makes It Work

Wild uses plant powered ingredients that truly get the job done:

• Tapioca starch, absorbs moisture naturally

• Magnesium hydroxide, keeps odor causing bacteria in check

• Coconut oil and shea butter, soothe and moisturize

• Sunflower seed wax and cocoa butter, create a smooth glide

• Zinc ricinoleate, neutralizes odor for longer freshness

And for those with sensitive skin, there is also a baking soda free version made with rice starch.
