Recipe for Embossed Cookies

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Dough:

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.

Prepare the Dough:

Emboss the Dough:

Bake the Cookies:

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Repeat:

Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
